Patch 1.8.13: Crossplay Restored, PS DLC Debuts, and Confetti Blood Mode

For The King II Patch 1.8.13 re-enables crossplay across platforms and launches the Child Of Chaos adventure, the Monk playable character, and the Tinkerers Of Fate DLC on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. Crossplay has been restored after build alignment, and the Lore Store has been extended by two weeks to feature the Monk and Courier trait with zero lore points. PlayStation players must own the paid DLC content in offline sessions, unlike Steam and Xbox. The update also adds a new Secrets Mode setting—Confetti Blood Mode—alongside a broad set of bug fixes and quality-of-life improvements across online play, gameplay, UI, and settings. The team also hints at the upcoming DLC Fallen Oaths and free content launching alongside it.
