For The King II August Dev Log: Child Of Chaos Preview, DLC Teasers, Stream Highlights

IronOak Games' August For The King II Dev Log recaps the year’s roadmap, updates, and upcoming DLC. The Pet Shop Update adds recruitable companions you can feed, name, and level across all five campaigns. Today’s Twitch stream (Aug 14) will showcase Fortune Teller and Monk gameplay and tease the first DLC, with multiple giveaways. The team also previews Child Of Chaos, a free adventure launching in Q3 2025 that continues Fahrul’s story, alongside a free returning character (Monk) and the paid Tinkerers Of Fate Character Pack. The paid DLC includes Toymaker and Fortune Teller characters, two new weapon sets (Rapier and Orb), a new Pet (Skelly Jelly), a Cosmetic (Training Dummy Skin), a new Merc and Trait, and DLC sharing so the party can access it if one member owns it.
