Keplerth Development Update: Recent Bug Fixes and Improvements
The development team behind the indie adventure RPG, Keplerth, has announced a series of significant bug fixes aimed at enhancing gameplay and user experience. In a commitment to transparency and continuous improvement, the team shared details of these updates through their Steam discussion page and via email communication.
On May 1, 2022, the developers resolved several critical issues including the difficulty of encountering certain creatures, namely the Parasytor H-IV and Parasytor A-IV, in underground levels 5-9. They also addressed a problem where green cell trees in these levels were challenging to chop with an axe, as well as an issue causing animals to digest food at an unusually rapid rate.
Earlier updates included fixes from April 1, 2022, where the team tackled multiple bugs affecting animal behavior and gameplay mechanics. Notably, they resolved an issue where animals would not eat giant wheat from feeding troughs and another where pets and poison spores could inadvertently destroy mining machines in the Defense Mode of the Mystery Entrance.
Additional updates from late December 2021 focused on improving multiplayer functionality, addressing issues with health restoration using food, and ensuring proper environmental interactions, such as the behavior of lighting objects and the presence of minerals on the surface.
The developers expressed their gratitude for the community's support and assured players of their commitment to maintaining frequent updates and open communication regarding the game's progress. As Keplerth continues to evolve, players can expect ongoing enhancements that aim to enrich their gaming experience.
